Enhanced PLUS Sheep anti-Mouse-IgG-HRP is a HRP-conjugate specific for binding to Mouse IgG and is characterized by an enhanced molar ratio of 80-110 HRP enzymes covalently coupled to a polymer backbone.
Enhanced PLUS Sheep anti-Mouse-IgG-HRP conjugate enables a 2-3 fold increase in sensitivity in ELISA compared to conventional conjugates and offers pg/fg sensitivity levels. The conjugate offers several advantages when limited amounts of antibody or antigen are available:
- Signal amplification
- Ultrasensitive detection
- Faster assay time
- Recommended when only minimal amounts of specific antibody or antigen are available
