Every single step of an immunoassay, is individually optimized to secure maximum assay performance, and a good assay buffer plays a key role in the different layers of an immunoassay. MultiBOOSTER is developed to secure maximum sensitivity and minimal background. The buffer can be used as a diluent for:
- Sample matrices
- Dissolving and diluting lyophilized standards and controls
- Free poly- and monoclonal antibodies & Antigens
- HRP-conjugated antibodies & Antigens
- AP-conjugated antibodies & Antigens
- Fluorescence-conjugated antibodies & Antigens
The buffer amplifies the specific bindings between the layers. A significant boosting effect is achieved using the MultiBOOSTER for the dilution of the Secondary Antibody. Using the MultiBOOSTER as a multilayer enhancer offers a detection limit improvement up to 4 fold.
